Responsibilities
- Expertly manage tenant relationships from initial screening to lease signing and beyond
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues
- Handle rent collections and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct thorough online application screenings and communicate professionally with prospective tenants
- Assist in the preparation and execution of property management agreements with owners
- Utilize cuttingedge property management software to streamline operations and maintain detailed records
- Provide exceptional customer service addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Initiate and manage the eviction process when necessary ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards of quality and tenant satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and enhance overall service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or real estate particularly with longterm rentals
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal with minimal accent
- Proficiency in using property management software and CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Customer serviceoriented mindset with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Basic understanding of local rental laws and regulations
- Ability to work night shifts to align with US Central Time (9 AM to 6 PM CT)
- Adaptability to learn new software systems quickly
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Comfortable handling phone calls and providing excellent phonebased customer service
