Job Description
Job brief:
Responsibilities:
- participates on the planning phase of the new projects and leads the implementation phase
- facilitates the definition of project scope goals and deliverables
- defines project tasks and resource requirements
- participates in developing the full scale project plans
- assembles and coordinates project staff
- develops and manages project budget charts and procedures
- manages project resource allocation
- plans and schedules project timelines
- tracks project deliverables using appropriate tools
- provides direction and supports to project team
- ensures the project deliverables are achieved with the highest quality assurance
- monitors and reports on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- presents reports defining project progress problems and solutions
- implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- evaluates and assesses the project results
Requirements
Qualifications:
- relevant experience in a similar position for at least 5 years
- excellent English language Arabic is a plus
- excellent verbal writing and listening skills
- selfmotivated and creative problemsolver
- punctual and organized
- not afraid to roll up his sleeves and jump in if needed
