Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia
Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of our organization in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the local business environment capable of enhancing operational procedures ensuring compliance with local regulations and driving overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Manage budgets forecasts and financial reports.
Ensure compliance with local laws regulations and industry standards.
Lead and manage a diverse team fostering a positive work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.
Recruit train and supervise staff to ensure high performance.
Formulate strategic and operational objectives aligned with company goals.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
Develop and implement annual sales plans with defined KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and local authorities.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management preferably within the industry sector in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape and regulatory environment.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is also required.

- Previous experience working with multinational companies in Saudi Arabia.
