Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Arabic
Experience Requirement: Prior experience in Saudi Arabia is essential
Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of our organization in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the local business environment capable of enhancing operational procedures ensuring compliance with local regulations and driving overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets forecasts and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with local laws regulations and industry standards.
- Lead and manage a diverse team fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.
- Recruit train and supervise staff to ensure high performance.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives aligned with company goals.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Develop and implement annual sales plans with defined KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and local authorities.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management preferably within the industry sector in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape and regulatory environment.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is also required.

- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
Additional Requirements:
- Indepth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the specific industry e.g. construction hospitality etc. sector.
- Familiarity with sustainable sourcing and supply chain management.
- Previous experience working with multinational companies in Saudi Arabia.
