Job Description
This is a remote position.
Scope
- Fulltime role
- Monday to Friday
- 9pm6am Eastern Time (10pm 7am Manila Time)
- Includes 1hr unpaid break
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage company financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable payroll and daily financial entries.
- Prepare analyze and present detailed financial reports including balance sheets income statements and cash flow analyses.
- Develop and manage budgets forecasting financial trends and identifying costsaving opportunities.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
- Ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.
- Optimize and implement financial controls and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- At least 35 years of professional accounting experience with expertise in business accounting and finance.
- Proficient in advanced accounting software (e.g. Sage NetSuite Zoho) and financial analysis tools.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think critically about financial processes.
- Excellent communication skills capable of presenting financial information to nonfinance audiences.
- Proven ability to oversee largerscale business accounting and provide actionable insights.
Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. At least 3-5 years of professional accounting experience, with expertise in business accounting and finance. Proficient in advanced accounting software (e.g., Sage, NetSuite, Zoho) and financial analysis tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about financial processes. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting financial information to non-finance audiences. Proven ability to oversee larger-scale business accounting and provide actionable insights.
