Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant & Operations Support is responsible for managing and coordinating various educational technology platforms and processes while providing comprehensive support to the Operations Director.
This role involves creating instructional videos maintaining compliance documentation processing and auditing student data and facilitating effective communication among educational stakeholders. Additionally this role will assist with executive administrative tasks ensuring efficient operations and support for the director.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Manage the Operations Director s calendar schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
Handle email correspondence and draft communications ensuring timely responses.
Prepare and edit documents presentations and reports as needed to support decisionmaking processes.
Assist in planning and executing projects tracking progress and providing regular updates.
Organize and prepare materials for meetings including agendas and minutes and follow up on action items.
Act as a liaison between the Operations Director and other executives employees and external partners.
Operations Coordination:
Assist with processing and auditing attendance and compliance records.
Manage student referrals submissions and eligibility determination processes.
Set up and maintain student records in various systems.
Coordinate student assessments and data collection ensuring accuracy and completeness through regular audits.
Collect and analyze data from various sources identifying and correcting discrepancies.
Ensure that staff have access to accurate and timely data and reports while maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
General Support:
Plan and book travel arrangements including flights and accommodations as needed.
Assist with personal tasks and errands for the Operations Director.
Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Must be overseas
Experience in educational administration data management or similar roles.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficient in using educational software data management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (including advanced Excel skills).
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and collaboratively demonstrating selfmotivation and initiative.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Previous experience supporting Clevel executives.
