- Master the Numbers: Develop estimates that dont just win bids but ensure healthy profits.
- Lead the Charge: Work with crews to ensure projects are executed flawlessly because shoddy paving is not an option.
- Build Relationships: Maintain strong customer connections and be the name they think of when they need toptier paving solutions.
- Navigate the Asphalt Jungle: Stay ahead of market trends and bring strategic insights that drive expansion.

- You know asphalt like a chef knows their favorite recipe.
- You have an established client base and arent afraid to knock on a few doors to grow it.
- You understand estimating job costing and how to make a project profitable.
