This is a remote position.
The HR Manager will enhance workplace culture through employee engagement organizational development and policy creation. This role is responsible for implementing engagement strategies developing organizationwide improvement initiatives and ensuring policies support both compliance and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead engagement programs to improve motivation and retention.
- Implement change management and professional development programs aligned with business goals.
- Create and update HR policies ensuring compliance and promoting a positive workplace.
- Oversee appraisals providing tools for managers to evaluate and support team performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in HR or related field (Master s or certification preferred).
- 5 years in HR with expertise in employee engagement development and policy.
- Strong analytical communication and project management skills.
