Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the full spectrum of HR functions while leading a team. The role offers a diverse range of responsibilities providing an opportunity to make a significant impact on the organizations growth and employee satisfaction.

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Chakala Andheri

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnership: o Partner with senior leadership to drive impactful HR strategies that align with business goals delivering forwardthinking insights and actionable solutions in workforce planning talent development and organizational transformation.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding: o Manage endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates.o Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

3. Leave & Attendance Management: o Oversee leave and attendance systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies. o Address discrepancies and maintain regular reports.

4. Payroll Compliance & Taxation: o Administer payroll processes ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement. o Manage statutory compliance and handle taxrelated matters. o Process Full and Final settlements (FNF).

5. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling: o Plan and execute engagement activities teambuilding events and cultural programs to foster a positive work environment. o Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational commitment. o Act as a point of contact for employee grievances ensuring prompt resolution with empathy and professionalis

6. Vendor Coordination & Administration: o Manage vendor relationships for HR and administrative needs. o Oversee general office administration.

7. IT Asset Management: o Ensure proper allocation and management of IT assets in coordination with the IT team.

8. Team Handling: o Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

9. Group Company Coordination (Added Advantage): o If applicable manage HR processes across group companies ensuring consistency and efficiency
