What Youll Do
- Be the GoTo Marketing Advisor: Provide strategic insights and expert guidance to advertisers helping them achieve top performance on social media.
- Drive Results Through Outreach: Connect with clients via inbound and outbound calls guiding them through campaign enhancements and budget optimization.
- Deliver Insights: Analyze advertising performance data offering actionable insights to boost campaign success.
- Stay on the Cutting Edge: Identify digital marketing trends and proactively suggest innovative solutions.
- Learn from the Best: Shadow experienced colleagues to sharpen your sales skills and understand social media marketing dynamics.
- Get Certified: Complete the Meta Blueprint Certification as part of your onboarding to deepen your digital marketing knowledge.
Training & Development
- Program Duration: 4 weeks (2 weeks training 2 weeks handson nesting)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:005:30 PM
- Paid Training: Absolutely!
- Certification: Gain your Meta Blueprint Certification recognized globally in social media marketing.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Call Duration: Average of 24 minutes per successful call
- Sales Goals: Exceed targets in campaign support and strategy implementation
- Engagement: High campaign pitch rate
- Attendance: Consistent and punctual is key!
Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: 33000 EUR gross annually (approx. 2750 monthly)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 7500 EUR per year for reaching targets
- Language Bonus: 300 EUR monthly for Dutch proficiency
