What Youll Do
- Strategic Marketing Advisor: Provide actionable insights and expert advice to clients ensuring they achieve optimal performance with their social media advertising campaigns. You will be the trusted partner that businesses rely on to elevate their digital presence.
- Proactive Client Engagement: Drive results by connecting with both inbound and outbound clients addressing their advertising needs optimizing campaigns and ensuring budget efficiency.
- DataDriven Insights: Analyze advertising performance data to offer deep actionable insights that will help clients refine and optimize their marketing strategies.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep an eye on emerging trends in social media and digital marketing anticipating shifts in the market and suggesting cuttingedge solutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Mentorship and Growth: Learn directly from seasoned professionals shadowing experts to refine your sales strategies and develop a deeper understanding of the social media landscape.
- Certification & Expertise: Complete the globally recognized Meta Blueprint Certification enhancing your skills and positioning yourself as an expert in social media marketing.
Training & Development
- Training Duration: 4 weeks (2 weeks of structured training 2 weeks of handson application in a nesting phase)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM 5:30 PM
- Paid Training: Yes youll be compensated during your training period.
- Certification: Upon completion of the training program youll receive the Meta Blueprint Certification providing you with indepth expertise in digital marketing.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Call Duration: Aim for an average of 24 minutes per successful call engaging clients effectively and thoroughly.
- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed targets for campaign optimization and customer satisfaction through strong consultative sales approaches.
- Client Engagement: Maintain high pitch rates successfully onboarding and guiding clients through their marketing journey.
- Attendance: Your commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality is essential for team success.
Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: 33000 EUR gross per year (approximately 2750 gross per month)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 7500 EUR annually based on meeting or exceeding sales and marketing objectives.
- Language Bonus: 300 EUR monthly for Dutch language proficiency.
