This role involves managing all digital marketing activities with the ideal candidate demonstrating a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies. The candidate should be capable of working independently and overseeing outsourced digital marketing functions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic engagement and conversions.
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing initiatives such as SEO/SEM PPC email marketing social media and content marketing and display advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate the design and maintenance of websites across the group ensuring it is userfriendly and uptodate.
- Generate leads through various online channels and optimize lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate with other teams including sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
- Work with external marketing agencies where required.
- Implement sales automation processes to streamline marketing and sales efforts.
- Optimize and manage the budget for digital marketing efforts and measuring ROI.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to meet KPIs.
Website Traffic:
- Increase in the number of unique visitors to the website.
- Growth in page views and session duration.
- Reduction in bounce rate.
Conversion Rates:
- Improvement in conversion rates from digital campaigns (e.g. landing page forms signups purchases).
- Increase in the number of leads generated through digital channels.

Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in PPC social media Google AdWords email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics SEMrush WebTrends etc).
