Job Summary

As a Lead Generation Specialist you will be responsible for identifying and attracting potential customers building prospect lists and nurturing leads through various marketing channels. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers.
  • Research and identify target audiences industries and potential prospects.
  • Utilize various channels such as social media email marketing cold calling and content marketing to generate leads.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and hand them over to the sales team.
  • Optimize lead nurturing processes through automation and personalized communication.
  • Analyze lead generation campaigns and provide datadriven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that drive lead engagement.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends and emerging lead generation techniques.





Requirements


  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in lead generation digital marketing or sales.
  • Proficiency in lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Experience with email marketing cold outreach and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure lead generation effectiveness.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven mindset.
