Customer Service Representative
Location: Braga Portugal
Contract Type: Fixedterm (CDD) 6 months
Start Date: 4th December 2024
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays) 07:00 AM 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
Days Off: Sunday 1 rotational day off
Salary:
- 830 per month (14 payments per year)
- 170 per month (12 payments per year)
Benefits:
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 per day
- Transport Allowance: 20 per month
- Health Insurance: Provided from day 1 (employee contribution required; free after 6 months)
- Position Bonus (Braga): 20 per month (paid over 12 months)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support in French via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products or services addressing issues and offering solutions.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and communication with customers.
- Handle customer requests efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French (written and spoken).
- Basic knowledge of English (for communication with colleagues).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customercentric attitude.
