Tasks & Responsibilities:
Architectural Design management:
- Lead the architectural design process from conceptualization through execution ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Develop innovative designs that embody the museums vision and objectives enhancing the overall visitor experience.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with curators content planners and digital teams to develop integrated and cohesive designs.
- Facilitate productive design discussions and communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams to maintain a unified vision and approach.
Building Facilities:
- Leverage your design expertise to create cohesive and functional designs that meet both aesthetic and practical requirements.
- Collaborate with the facility management team to balance aesthetics information delivery and visitor engagement ensuring the most cohesive and functional design solutions.
Vendor Management:
- Identify evaluate and manage external vendors and contractors involved in the architectural design process.
- Oversee the execution of design projects ensuring they adhere to quality standards and are completed within set deadlines.
UserCentered Design:
- Develop designs that prioritize visitor comfort engagement accessibility and safety enhancing the overall visitor experience.
- Continuously assess and refine designs based on user feedback and emerging best practices in usercentered design.
Project Diversification:
- Participate in and contribute to cultural projects that are not directly related to architectural design applying your design skills and expertise to a variety of initiatives.
- Adapt to diverse project requirements and collaborate with different teams to ensure successful project outcomes across various domains.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelors degree in interior design Architectural Design Engineering or related field.
Required Professional
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite AutoCAD SketchUp or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and vendors.
