Job Description
Overview:
TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. The client below is a home appliance manufacturing company and the worlds second largest appliance maker. It produces a variety of products intended for home consumers.
Position: Graphic Designer
Location: Charlotte NC
Duration: 6 Months
Job Type: Contract
Work Type: Hybrid
Shift: MondayFriday 9.00AM5.00PM
Job Description:
What youll do:
- The Graphic Designer will execute a range of visually compelling deliverables in both the digital and print space.
- Collaborating crossfunctionally with marketing operations product teams you will ensure a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all platforms.
- Youll be one of a team of five working collaboratively with your teammates across a wide range of deliverables.
Other responsibilities may include:
- Ensure all deliverables are designed in accordance with our brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in product and retailer marketing consumer journey and other departments.
- Execute digital banners in multiple sizes across multiple brands and product categories.
- Design and version out packaging designs across multiple SKUs.
- Communicate project progress and potential challenges to the Lead Designer on a timely basis.
- Simultaneously work on multiple projects with various timesensitive deadlines.

- You have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates your passion for design and typography.
- You are both reactive and proactive working efficiently and flexibly to deliver results.
- You can think in a creative and strategic way and are adept at delivering operationally to ensure tasks are followed through to completion.
- You have strong communication skills with a focus on collaborative and efficient problemsolving.
- Your enthusiasm is infectious and inspires and engages your colleagues and collaborators to achieve deliver and be accountable for their work.
- You have the drive and passion essential to delivering results in both the short and long term.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree in Design or related area
- 1 year of professional experience in consumerdriven companies or agencies
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of digital and print design best practices
- Must be proficient with Photoshop InDesign Illustrator Figma and Microsoft office tools
