Job Description

Develop and review architectural designs ensuring compliance with KSA building codes and standards.

Coordinate with structural MEP and other engineering teams to ensure integrated project delivery.

Oversee project timelines ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.

Conduct site inspections to ensure design integrity during execution.

Lead value engineering efforts to optimize project efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Architecture.

710 years of experience in architectural design and project management with a focus on KSA projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and design tools like SketchUp or Rhino.

Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.

Excellent leadership and project management skills.
