Job Description
We are partnering with a leading organization in the defence sector to source an experienced Business Analyst. This position will support the Chief Information Office of Defence assisting business partners in addressing digitalization needs across various projects. The successful candidate will work on analyzing documenting and validating requirements for process changes policies and software applications ensuring the smooth delivery of solutions that align with organizational goals. The role involves working in a military environment and requires a security clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business problems and translate them into clear actionable requirements.
- Support decisionmaking through datadriven insights and root cause analysis.
- Model enterprise architecture and processes (e.g. Archimate BPMN) to optimize business processes.
- Facilitate requirement workshops and ensure clear communication and documentation of business needs.
- Interpret data to provide meaningful insights supporting higherlevel decisionmaking.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs manage expectations and foster collaboration.
- Adapt to changing environments and continuously learn new tools techniques and methodologies.
- Collaborate effectively within a multilingual team to ensure the successful delivery of project goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for problemsolving and data interpretation.
- Experience with enterprise architecture modeling (Archimate BPMN) and process optimization.
- Ability to facilitate requirement workshops and document needs clearly.
- Experience with data analysis techniques and tools for decisionmaking support.
- Fluent in Dutch English and French.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate with teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in project management and using tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect for process modeling.
- Ability to work in a highsecurity military environment.
