Our clients headquarter is based on Shenzhen Guangdong whos established in 1987. This company is starting to produce phone switches and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195000 employees.
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Account Manager to build and sustain highlevel relationships with key telecom carrier network customers. This role requires a proactive insightful approach to understanding customer needs within a dynamic environment guiding customers through the complexities of network solutions and fostering impactful longterm partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Development: Establish and maintain trusted longterm relationships with customer stakeholders ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and external market dynamics. Devise and implement relationship management strategies that prioritize customer satisfaction effective personnel engagement and a resultsoriented closedloop approach.
Customer Insight & Market Responsiveness: Leverage deep customer insights to identify key trends and respond adeptly to market changes. Understand customer challenges in operations networks and services aligning these insights to develop strategic partnership opportunities and drive collaborative growthoriented initiatives.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Design and implement proactive targeted strategies to support customers network and budgetary goals. Lead projects to facilitate market penetration achieve strategic objectives and ensure mutual business success.
Transaction & Operation Management: Oversee the transaction lifecycle guiding operational decisions negotiating terms and building digital connectivity to foster customer loyalty. Drive transaction model design manage risk and disputes and ensure project goals are met effectively.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or other ICTrelated fields.
Experience:
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
