Job Description
As the Cluster Reservations Manager you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the reservations team to ensure exceptional service delivery and optimise occupancy rates. Key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing reservations operations including booking processes group reservations and room allocation
- Ensuring guest inquiries and bookings are handled efficiently and courteously
- Analysing occupancy trends and collaborating with revenue management to maximise room revenue
- Training mentoring and managing the reservations team to achieve performance goals
- Liaising with front office and sales departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Assisting with VIP and special request arrangements
- Maintaining accurate records of guest preferences and booking details
You will demonstrate a proactive approach to service and an ability to foster an engaging and positive team environment.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry along with:
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and familiarity with reservations software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- A customerfocused mindset with a passion for providing memorable guest experiences
