We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Full Time Font Office Supervisor to join our team and to ensure exceptional service is provided to our guests at all times making them feel both welcome and comfortable. A great opportunity for an experienced Guest Service Agent ready for their next role in Front Office.
What will you be doing
- Deliver service excellence from check in to check out and everywhere in between
- Often be the first point of contact for guests and visitors
- Take the lead and guide the front offices daytoday operations with expertise
- Assisting guests at the cafe and making coffees
- Complete a wide variety of hotel tasks which will ensure that every day is different from selling the hotels facilities to taking reservations in the restaurant delivering food and maintaining guest accounts
- Provide passionate knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
- Ensure guests who are not ALL Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program
Qualifications :
Your Skills and experience include:
- A background in Hotel Operations ideal for someone eager to take the next stride towards a leadership position
- Knowledge of Opera / Opera Cloud PMS is advantageous but not essential
- The ability to work under pressure multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is required
- Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation
- Have a natural ability to surprise guests with your authentic guest service setting you apart from the rest
- A genuine customer service focus and a strong dedication to always making our guests smile during their stay
- Must have valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or willingness to obtain one before starting
