Tasks
What youll do:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and design new features ensuring they align with business objectives and technical standards.
Identify dependencies and implementation risks provide accurate estimates for initiative planning and ensure ontime delivery.
Provide technical expertise and guidance conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Focus on scalability maintainability and readability.
Troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues adapt to shifting priorities and manage your workload effectively
Requirements
Technical skill set were looking for:
Experience: 5 years of proven experience as a FullStack Developer with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating both backend and frontend expertise.
Proficiency in PHP and Laravel: Deep understanding of Laravels ecosystem including its libraries and tools.
Frontend Technologies: Strong skills in Vue JavaScript HTML and CSS for seamless frontendbackend integration.
API Development and Integration: Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with backend data solutions.
Database Management: Familiarity with MySQL or MariaDB commonly used with Laravel.
Version Control: Proficient in Git / GitLab for source code management and collaboration.
Your contribution to the team includes:
Excellent communication skills: the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and project status to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Learning Mindset: Openness to learning new technologies and adapting to changing trends in web development. A proactive and accountable mindset towards projects and team outcomes.

Skills that will help you in the role:
Node.js and JavaScript Proficiency: Familiarity with Node.js for backend development and advanced JavaScript skills to enhance frontend capabilities.
Experience with Other PHP Frameworks: Knowledge of additional frameworks like Symfony is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments.
Knowledge of DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD Docker and other DevOps tools can be advantageous.
Experience with IoT data and protocols such as MQTT.
Blockchain: Understanding of ledger based transactions providing traceability.
