Our client seeks to employ a Call Centre Supervisor with a proven track record in debt recovery and targetdriven sales.
In this role you will lead train and motivate a team of agents to meet and exceed their goals while driving sales performance. If you have strong leadership skills a passion for motivating teams and the ability to achieve sales objectives in a fastpaced environment we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit onboard and train collection agents.
- Drive team performance to meet collection and sales KPIs.
- Provide feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
- Handle escalated cases and ensure resolution.
- Collaborate closely with the Collections Manager on performance and reporting.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 35 years experience in collections or debt recovery with a focus on sales performance.
- Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to drive sales results.
- Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in collections or debt recovery, with a focus on sales performance. - Grade 12 or equivalent
