Job Purpose
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing factory maintenance operations and resources to ensure the achievement of production targets while maintaining optimal product quality safely and efficiently.

Job Specifications
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Certificate in a Technical or Maintenancerelated field (NQF 5).
- Trade Test (NQF 5).
- Certificate in First Line Management (FLMP) (NQF 5).
Advantageous:
- Diploma in a Technical or Maintenancerelated field (NQF 6).
Experience
Minimum:
- Up to 5 years experience in Maintenance Operations within a Manufacturing environment.
- 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Up to 3 years working in shifts.
Advantageous:
- Additional experience in technical process optimization.
Competencies & Skills
Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite SAP ERP systems and other jobspecific software.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in a manufacturing setting.
