Job Description
DLK Group is seeking a highly experienced Principal SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Analyst to lead the implementation configuration and optimization of SAP PM solutions. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of SAP experience with extensive involvement in more than five fullcycle SAP PM implementations. This role demands expertise in system configuration solution analysis and project execution to enhance plant maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess plant maintenance requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Solution Design & Configuration: Configure SAP PM modules to align with business needs including preventive maintenance work order management and asset tracking.
- Integration & Implementation: Work on seamless integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules such as MM PP and FI.
- Project Execution: Lead fullcycle SAP PM implementation projects ensuring efficient deployment and adherence to project timelines.
- System Optimization & Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance identify areas for improvement and resolve technical issues.
- User Support & Training: Provide enduser training and support to ensure efficient utilization of the SAP PM system.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to industry best practices safety regulations and governance policies.
Requirements
Qualifications Required:
- SAP PM Certification (Proof of certification must be provided when submitting CV).
Experience Required:
- 8 years of SAP experience specializing in Plant Maintenance.
- Successful track record of more than five SAP PM implementations from design to deployment.
Core Skills:
- SAP PM System Configuration and Setup
- Analysis and Solution Implementation for optimising plant maintenance processes
- Project Execution with strong stakeholder engagement and documentation capabilities

- 8 years of SAP experience in Plant Maintenance
- SAP PM Certification
- Proven experience in more than five SAP PM implementations
