This job is open to Colombian residents only.

Part Time
9 AM to 1 PM EDT (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Colombia Time)
English and Spanish Speaker (Bilingual)

Job Description

We are seeking a professional detailoriented bilingual virtual admin assistant to be the first point of contact for our firm. Youll answer our phones route calls take messages and provide administrative support to keep our office running smoothly. Were looking for someone comfortable working with legal and private information who can multitask and communicate effectively with clients and staff. This is a fulltime remote position with set hours MondayFriday.

Responsibilities

Professionally and warmly answer inbound calls and route to the right staff member
Take thorough messages and pass them to the intended recipient
Act as a client liaison by fielding inquiries and scheduling appointments
Provide administrative support such as drafting correspondence and data entry
Make outbound calls to clients for followup or to collect information
Maintain organized records of calls and messages

Requirements

Native or fully fluent Spanish and professional English skills Experience as a receptionist virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role Excellent phone manner and ability to communicate effectively Able to juggle multiple tasks prioritize and pay close attention to details Comfort working with sensitive legal information Reliable internet connection and computer
