Job Description
Job Title: Sales Advisor (Italian)
Location: Remote in Greece (no relocation support)
Languages Required: Italian
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Italianspeaking Sales Advisor to join our team remotely from anywhere in Greece. In this role you will engage with customers to promote our products and services focusing on building strong client relationships and meeting sales goals. This is a fully remote position ideal for candidates already based in Greece.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone email and chat to promote and sell products.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to encourage sales.
- Maintain uptodate product knowledge and answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients fostering trust and loyalty.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Document interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in Italian.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales customer service or a similar field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication skills with a customeroriented and goaldriven approach.
- Location: Must reside in Greece as no relocation support is provided.
