Job Description

About Our Client: Complete Tyre Solutions is a leading service provider in the tyre and automotive industry who pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth business operations.

They are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service and Sales Coordinator to join the team.

Role Overview: As a Customer Service and Sales Coordinator you will be the frontline of our customer service operations. Your primary responsibility will be to support sales and operational activities ensuring customer inquiries are promptly addressed and administrative tasks are efficiently handled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries via counter telephone and email.
  • Manage customer workflows and greet customers.
  • Create work orders sales orders order fulfillments and billing.
  • Handle daily invoicing and reconciliation of timesheets.
  • Perform inventory transfers and receivals.
  • Utilize CRM and ERP tools for scheduling and planning.
  • Follow up on customer quotations and paperwork.
  • Administer prestart software and customer reporting.
  • Collect collate and file daily preshift meeting forms.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to colleagues.
  • Ensure all COD payments are collected upon job completion.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong people skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Ownership of outcomes with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional customer service sales and relationshipbuilding abilities.
  • Minimum of two years experience in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience with ERP and scheduling software.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in the tyre/automotive industry.

  • Operations Managers
  • CTS Admin and Back of House Manager
  • Service Technicians

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  • Accurate invoicing and billing.
  • Daily administration of prestart actions.
  • Timely processing of timesheets and corresponding invoices.
  • Ensuring all cash on delivery (COD) jobs are paid daily.
