- Managing daytoday recruiting activities involving internal and external job posting resume
- screening interview scheduling and candidate interviews and share feedback with the hiring manager
- Assisting in the employee onboarding & offboarding process
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding new hire orientation and exit interviews including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
- Initiating background and reference checks of new employees
- Orient new employees to the organization (setting up a designated login workstation email address etc.)
- Preparing new employee files and records
- Maintaining HR files and databases
- Updating and maintaining employee benefits employment status and similar records
- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained as per compliance
- Maintaining calendars of People Operations management team
- Assist in the communication interpretation and upkeep of employee handbook employee directory and organizational chart and contributes to the development of policies
- Assist with termination process involving preparation of separation paperwork and exit interviews.
- Handling Leave Management and performing payroll/benefitrelated reconciliations
- Designing developing and implementing various engagement activities and employee branding processes etc. to generate employer awareness and improve branding
- Assist in administering benefits compensation and employee performance programs
- Participating in benefits tasks such as claim resolutions reconciling benefits statements and approving invoices for payment
- Liaise between employees and management on HR issues
- Oversee employee labor laws and regulations to assure compliance
- Maintaining records related to grievances performance reviews and disciplinary actions
- Perform special live projects as directed
Requirements
Experience with Human Resources Information Systems
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience
