Position Details:
- Title: ELA Teacher
- Location: Harvey IL
- Duration: June 3rd 2025
- Onsite/Virtual: Onsite
- Position Type: Contract
- Working Hours: 3035 hours weekly from Monday to Friday
- Student Age Group: 7th Grade
Responsibilities:
- Provide academic social emotional and behavioral instruction.
- Create a flexible academic program and environment favorable to learning and personal growth.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of each individual student.
- Establish and maintain classroom management to achieve effective participation in all activities.
- Evaluate the academic and social growth of students and keep appropriate intervention records.
- Communicate with parents through a variety of means.
- Maintain professional competence through inservice activities provided by the District as well as other professional growth activities.
- Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Appropriate valid IL certification.
- Experience as an ELA teacher
