an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team.
Job Summary: The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday
production logistics and installation operations of the signage department. This role involves
optimizing workflow ensuring timely project delivery managing teams and maintaining high
standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate should have excellent project management
skills and a strong background in operations within the signage or manufacturing industry.
Requirements
1. Operational Oversight
Plan schedule and oversee production processes to ensure the timely
completion of signage projects.
Manage installation schedules logistics and onsite operations for a variety of
signage projects.
Collaborate closely with the design sales and project management teams to
align operational goals with client requirements.
Maintain relationships with clients and handle any escalated operational issues
that affect client satisfaction.
2. Team Management
Supervise and manage production logistics and installation teams to ensure
optimal performance and efficient workflows.
Provide leadership coaching and training to team members fostering a positive
work environment.
3. Quality Control
Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and client specifications.
Conduct regular audits of production and installation processes to maintain
highquality output.
4. Inventory and Resource Management
Manage inventory levels including raw materials and finished products ensuring
the availability of supplies for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of materials equipment
and services.
Manage relationships with key vendors and stakeholders for efficient
procurement and contract negotiations.
5. Budget and Cost Management
Oversee operational expenses and ensure that projects are delivered within
budget.
Identify costsaving opportunities within production and installation processes.
6. Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement new
processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives within production and installation
departments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business or related field
5 years in operations (signage construction or manufacturing)
Strong leadership and project management skills
PMP certification is a plus!
