Our client is a leading fintech company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
In this role the person in charge is expected to manage liveoperations inventory sale kpis and growth of the company.
Establish and monitor KPIs related to revenue as well as user growth and retention ensuring regular tracking and updates.
Utilize analytical tools to evaluate project KPIs providing periodic reports to stakeholders and predict growth trends based on KPI data and propose timely adjustments.
Coordinate realtime LiveOps activities including event scheduling and feature releases to continuously engage users and enhance interaction.
Monitor system performance metrics to ensure stable product operation promptly addressing any issues to prevent service disruptions.
Analyze user feedback and operational data to optimize LiveOps events ensuring maximum value and sustained user interest.
Plan and manage both physical and digital inventory to meet user demand ensuring resources are available on time for LiveOps events.
Control inventory costs by managing the budget and coordinating with other departments to optimize inventory flow and minimize waste.
Utilize inventory management tools to track stock levels and maintain adequate availability for LiveOps campaigns.
Develop and implement growth strategies based on user data and market analysis aiming to increase new user acquisition while retaining current users.
Collaborate with product marketing and operations teams to enhance the user experience across various channels from acquisition to conversion.
Conduct A/B testing to identify areas for improvement in growth strategies refining approaches based on measured outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor s or higher degree in Finance Business Administration or closely related fields.
A minimum of 5 years experience preferably in the finance sectors.
English is essential.
Good data analysis skills.
Strong interpersonal skill and ability to manage projects effectively.
