Job Description
As an Operations Analyst your expertise will fuel efficiency and innovation. Youll support recruitment by coordinating interviews and evaluating candidates conduct thorough market research to uncover actionable insights and assist in streamlining operational processes. This dynamic role calls for precision adaptability and a knack for optimizing business operations for maximum impact.
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Work Setup: Remote
People Team Support:
- Assist with recruitment by reviewing resumes screening candidates scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Create and document policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Market Research:
- Edit market research reports on economic financial and real estate trends ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
- Analyze supply and demand dynamics capital markets and housing trends using various data sources.
- Conduct research on U.S. geographies demographics and factors such as housing services recreational amenities and transportation.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and CRM systems including Salesforce.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance research and streamline analysis.
General Operations Support:
- Handle miscellaneous tasks related to People Operations and overall business operations.
Requirements
- Experience editing research reports including qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Experience with economic financial or real estate topics is a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms with the ability to quickly learn.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Techsavvy and comfortable using AI tools to optimize workflows.
Tech Stack:
- Proficiency in Excel with the ability to perform moderatelevel tasks.
- Skilled in data analysis capable of interpreting and presenting data effectively.
Additional Information:
- Candidates with experience as Marketing Specialists and Executive Assistants are highly preferred.
- English proficiency at a C1 level is required.
