Join Our Team in Islamabad as an Operations Excellence Executive! Are you driven by operational excellence Truck It In is looking for a highly motivated and detailoriented operations excellence executive to support our lastmile delivery operations. What You ll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate updates on orders deliveries and issues.
Resolve customer issues efficiently escalating complex cases when necessary.
Proactively address potential customer concerns.
Coordinate with internal and external teams including franchisees merchants and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor delivery performance and address delays backlogs and exceptions.
Track parcel movements to ensure timely delivery and accurate tracking.
Conduct audits and inspections to identify operational inefficiencies.
Analyze delivery data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Generate reports on key performance indicators such as delivery time and customer satisfaction.
Use data insights to optimize operations and enhance customer experience.
