Job Description

Come join A.J. Boggs & Company as Business Development Manager and lead clients to benefit from our hosting security and SoftwareasaService (SaaS) solutions. As Business Development Manager you will build and nurture client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to ensure our SaaS solutions meet market demands. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SaaS sales a deep understanding of the technology landscape and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development and Relationship Management
Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities including strategic partnerships.
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients understanding their business needs to drive growth and satisfaction.
Work with stakeholders and internal business analysts to gather and prioritize client requirements.
Coordinate the development of proposals ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness customer acquisition and market growth.
Participate in industry conferences trade shows and strategic activities for lead generation and company visibility.
Serve as a client advocate providing feedback to internal teams on market needs product improvement and potential new features.

Market Research and Analysis
Identify and evaluate potential markets trends and customer needs in the SaaS space to inform business strategies.
Conduct competitive analysis to ensure our offerings are differentiated and meet client needs.

Sales Execution
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close ensuring a smooth handoff to account management and customer success teams.
Engage in outbound prospecting efforts cold calling and networking to generate leads.
Develop and present sales quotations proposals and product demonstrations to clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing structures aligned with company policies and client needs.

Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track key performance metrics such as sales pipeline revenue targets and customer acquisition cost (CAC) and provide regular reports to leadership.
Utilize CRM tools and other software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions status updates and sales forecasts.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor s degree in marketing business communications or a related field (MBA or PhD is a plus).
35 years of experience in business development sales or a related role preferably within SaaS healthcare or technology sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models subscription sales and the technology landscape.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Able to work independently manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Domain expertise in public health and SaaS offerings.
Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and lead generation strategies.
Familiarity with accountbased marketing (ABM) and demand generation tactics.
Experience working in crossfunctional teams and collaborating with technical departments.


Benefits

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
Annual Salary Range: $70000 and $100000 plus commissions and stock options depending upon qualifications experience skill levels technical competencies and other criteria.

LOCATION & WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is fulltime and 100% remote with travel to our offices prospects and clients at least monthly.
Frequent travel is required across the USA.
