Job Description

Our client are a leading international insurance TPA starting operations in KSA. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions to our clients. We are seeking a motivated HR and Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our human resources and administrative functions.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage HR and admin process.

Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies procedures and benefits.

Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data on absences bonuses and leaves.

Prepare and format documents reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.

Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Handle general administrative tasks including filing data entry and correspondence.

Collaborate with other departments to support company initiatives and projects.

Assist in office management.

Assist in claims and policy administration.


Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field.

12 years of experience in HR or administrative roles preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Strong fresh graduates will be considered.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and formal Arabic.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations is a plus.
