Cross Border Talents is on the hunt for Germanspeaking Content Moderators to join one of our toptier BPO partners in the vibrant city of Lisbon! Become a key player in shaping a safer digital world by ensuring online spaces are respectful and positive. If youre fluent in German (C2) and English (B2) this role could be your next adventure!
What Youll Do:
- Defend the Digital Space: Review evaluate and moderate usergenerated content filtering out inappropriate material to uphold the community standards.
- Safeguard Users: Make quick and fair decisions to protect users and enhance their online experience.
- Keep Quality in Check: Ensure all interactions align with the companys high standards creating a positive environment for all.
Your Superpowers:
- Languages: Mastery in German (C2) and solid proficiency in English (B2).
- Availability: Youre ready to work onsite in Lisbon making a difference right from the heart of the city.
- Eligible to Work in Portugal: EU ID Residence Card Manifestao de Interesse or visa (specifics upon consultation).
Work Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday rotating shifts between 08:00 AM 10:00 PM
- Days Off: Enjoy weekends off! (Saturday & Sunday)
Perks & Rewards:
- Base Salary: 1300 EUR per month (paid x14)
- Language Bonus: 250 EUR each month paid over 12 months
- Performance Bonus: Up to 380 EUR per month
- Daily Fuel: 7.63 EUR meal allowance per working day
