Job Title: Content Moderator (German English) for a Leading Search Engine
Location: Lisbon Portugal

If youre fluent in German and English join our Lisbon team as a Content Moderator for a wellknown search engine! This position focuses purely on content review no phone calls no night shifts just a meaningful impactful role to help maintain a safe online environment.
Note: This position has an urgent start date of November 18th 2024ideal for local candidates ready to start right away.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Moderate and review content posted by users to ensure it meets community guidelines and safety standards.
- Process flagged content to keep the platform safe and reliable for all users.
- Stay current on policy changes to uphold the platforms high standards for quality and safety.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 08:00 AM 10:00 PM Rotating shifts
- Guaranteed Day Shifts Only: Enjoy weekends off with no night shifts required!

- Competitive Salary: 1300 EUR per month (paid 14 times a year).
- Language Bonus: 250 EUR per month for German proficiency.
- Performance Bonus: Up to 380 EUR per month based on your contributions.
