We are looking for enthusiastic UkrainianSpeaking Content Moderators to join our team on a prominent global social media project. As a content moderator you will be responsible for reviewing and managing usergenerated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines. Youll play an essential role in safeguarding users and promoting a positive and secure digital experience while working in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Main Duties:
- Content Moderation: Review various types of user content (such as posts images and videos) to ensure that they align with community guidelines and platform standards.
- Policy Enforcement: Detect and take action on inappropriate offensive or harmful content (e.g. hate speech violence or harassment) by following the established policies.
- Promote Safety: Help create a positive and safe space for users by addressing content violations and resolving reported issues quickly and effectively.
- Suggest Improvements: Provide feedback to help refine and enhance moderation tools processes and policies based on your daytoday work experience.
- Cultural Awareness: Utilize your knowledge of the Ukrainian language to assess content with the appropriate cultural sensitivity and understanding.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in Ukrainian: Nativelevel proficiency in Ukrainian with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Proficient in English: A good working knowledge of English for effective team communication and interactions with management.
- Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with popular social media platforms and a keen interest in online trends.
- DetailOriented: Ability to follow platform guidelines meticulously and ensure all content meets required standards.
- Analytical Thinking: Capable of making sound decisions regarding content and assessing whether it violates policies.
- Previous Experience: Experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus though not mandatory as full training will be provided.
- Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fastchanging environment with the flexibility to handle various tasks and challenges.
