Requirements
Project Planning and Execution
- Develop and manage project schedules budgets and resource plans for powerhouse supply projects.
- Coordinate with engineering procurement and construction teams to ensure timely and costeffective project delivery.
- Implement and monitor project workflows to achieve milestones within the allocated timeline and budget.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including clients vendors contractors and regulatory bodies to align project goals and requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Risk and Quality Management
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and contingency measures.
- Implement quality control standards and perform site inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and best practices in powerhouse equipment installation and maintenance.
Budget and Cost Control
- Prepare detailed project cost estimates and manage expenditures to stay within budget.
- Identify costsaving opportunities and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize costs.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead a multidisciplinary project team assigning tasks and managing performance to achieve project objectives.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance skills and ensure project success.
- Foster a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including design plans progress reports change orders and final reports.
