Power Supply Engineer. This role reports to the Sr. Engineering Manager in Central Infrastructure. The Power Supply Engineer will provide technical support and engineering services in the field of electrical engineering and is responsible for the uninterrupted power supply of the Charleston site. The position assures safe operations regulatory compliance and maximum availability of the power supply equipment and/or infrastructure utility system Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering is required
- 5 years of experience in Power utility companies or industries with high energy demand like Pulp & Paper Refineries Chemical or Power plants
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform and succeed in an environment of schedule and cost pressure
- Capability to professionally deal with changing priorities and requirements
- Thorough understanding of engineering principles and construction practices
- Thorough technical knowledge in the field of power supply electrical engineering and instrumentation incl. relevant regulations standards and codes; Knowledge in automation and controls (EI&C) is a plus.

- Ability and willingness for domestic and international (mainly to Germany) travel
- Experience in Power Distribution Systems and Equipment from 161kVA to 480V
