We are on the lookout for a passionate Service and Restaurant Manager who will play a pivotal role in delivering unforgettable dining experiences while assisting our Food and Beverage Manager.

We seek an energetic and experienced Service and Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fastpaced environment. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Leadership and Team Management Skills: Inspire train and lead a team of dedicated staff to ensure outstanding service delivery.
- Exceptional Customer Service Orientation: Create memorable dining experiences by anticipating guest needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Operational Expertise: Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to high standards.
- Collaboration Skills: Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop innovative menus optimize service efficiency and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of cleanliness presentation and quality across all dining areas.
Minimum requirements:
- Educational Background: Grade 12 or equivalent; a diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5star hotel or fine dining restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage Operations: Familiarity with restaurant management practices menu planning and inventory control.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with guests and staff fostering a positive team environment.
- TechSavvy: Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
