What you will bring:
- Developing Strategies: Create and implement innovative distribution and revenue strategies that enhance profitability across our portfolio of luxury properties.
- Optimizing Inventory: Manage room inventory and pricing across multiple channels to maximize revenue potential.
- Integrating Tools: Lead the integration of revenue management tools to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with sales marketing and reservations teams to boost performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Providing Leadership: Offer guidance and support to propertybased revenue managers fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Minimum requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management and distribution within the hospitality industry.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in maximizing revenue through effective pricing strategies and market analysis.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a deep understanding of online booking platforms.
