Job Description:
Were seeking a Field Vendor Onboarding Specialist with a laboratory or healthcare background to join our team. As a key player in our operations youll identify engage and manage medical equipment vendors across Lagos supporting our innovative healthcare delivery model.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to hospitals laboratories and healthcare facilities to identify potential vendors.
Build relationships with medical equipment suppliers and maintain a comprehensive vendor database.
Collaborate with Sales to source products and negotiate with new vendors.
Provide insights on hospital and laboratory operations to inform product offerings.
Navigate Lagos efficiently to maximise field productivity.
Work independently to meet vendor recruitment targets.
Provide regular reports on vendor sourcing activities and market insights.
Requirements:
OND HND or BSc degree in Laboratory Science Biomedical Engineering Nursing or related field.
Practical experience in hospitals laboratories or healthcare settings.
Strong understanding of medical equipment and hospital/laboratory operations.
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office data entry).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong knowledge of Lagos Road networks.
