Job Title: Business Analyst Hospitality Systems
Location: Orlando FL (Local Candidates Only)
Employment Type: FullTime W2 (No 3rd Parties)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the hospitality industry to join our team in Orlando FL. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience working with Property Management Systems (PMS) Central Reservation Systems (CRS) and revenue management systems with handson expertise in leading and supporting technology implementations within the hotel and travel sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for PMS CRS CRM booking platforms and revenue management systems.
- Manage and oversee the deployment configuration and maintenance of hospitality software systems ensuring a smooth implementation process and postproject support.
- Act as a subject matter expert on hotel and travel technology products providing insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work with crossfunctional teams including IT project management and operations to ensure timely delivery of system updates enhancements and troubleshooting.
- Perform data analysis and reporting on system performance identifying trends issues and opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct user training and create documentation for system processes and best practices to ensure consistent user adoption.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst with handson experience in hospitality systems such as PMS CRS revenue management systems.
- Hospitality Product Knowledge: Strong experience with at least one or more of the following systems is highly preferred: Oracle Opera Amadeus TravelBox HotSOS Travelport.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in both hardware and software management with experience overseeing the deployment configuration and ongoing maintenance of hospitality systems.
- Location: Must be local to Orlando FL.
- Employment Eligibility: W2 only no thirdparty candidates.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
