Job Description:
We are looking for a detailoriented Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team and drive the success of customer service and contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions utilizing Salesforce and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Service Cloud Salesforce Field Service Amazon Connect and Chat Bots.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and document workflows and processes for contact center and customer service operations.
- Translate business needs into actionable user stories for the development team.
- Support the integration of technologies such as Voice Cloud Amazon Bedrock and other AWS solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training for endusers.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend Salesforce features to enhance efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise in Service Cloud and Field Service.
- Familiarity with AWS Amazon Connect and Chat Bots for customer service enhancements.
- Strong analytical skills to bridge business and technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Experience in contact center environments and cloud service integrations.
