Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business System Analyst to support projects related to Retirement Plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retirement planning processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and ensure alignment with retirement plan strategies.
- Work closely with development teams and QA to ensure successful project delivery.
- Utilize tools like Jira and Rally to track project progress manage tasks and report updates.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience supporting Retirement Plan projects.
- Strong background in Wealth Management or Financial Services industries.
- Proficiency in using Jira and Rally for project management and tracking.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
