As Director of Emergency Services youll drive clinical excellence and operational efficiency in a fastpaced emergency department leading initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and staff engagement. Your Impact & Contributions:
- Drive clinical excellence by developing and implementing evidencebased protocols that enhance patient outcomes

- Optimize emergency department operations to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance care coordination and patient flow

Your Experience and Capabilities:
- Youve developed expertise leading emergency services teams and driving clinical excellence
- You bring strong operational knowledge of emergency department management
- You excel at mentoring and developing nursing talent
- Youre skilled at building collaborative relationships across departments
- You demonstrate datadriven decisionmaking capabilities
Required Credentials:
- Current Alabama RN license or Compact State RN license without restrictions
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (Masters degree in Healthcare Administration Nursing or related field highly preferred)
- Required certifications (obtainable within 90 days): BLS ACLS PALS ASLS NIHSS
- 35 years progressive nursing leadership experience
