10 to 15 years of SAP experience with 6 years in on EWM and S/4 HANA implementation support and rollout projects. Deep understanding of Business Process Knowledge Understanding of project implementation methodologies ITIL processes Design Implement and Support the SAP solution Work on support engagement and manage priority based tickets knowledge of SLAs and playing vital role in identifying RCA Contribute to competency and Coordinate with technical team on custom objects Interacting with customers understanding the requirements proposing solutions methodology etc.
Note: Pharma Experience is a must. Associate must have worked on SAP Migration Projects.You ll do this by:
Managing and owning all aspects of technical development and delivery
Understanding requirements and writing Functional Specification documents
Should be an individual Contributor and played client facing lead role
SAP S/4 HANA and EWM Certification along with Domain experience will be preferable
Estimating efforts identifying risks and providing technical support whenever needed
Demonstrating the ability to multitask and reprioritizing responsibilities based on dynamic requirements

Business processes within SAP Supply Chain and Logistics Execution modules (WM) and other SAP cross functional experience in MM PP&SD.
Must have Integration experience SAP with nonSAP external systems (Supplier collaboration 3PL etc.) /internal legacy systems. Integration experience with SAP 3PL preferred.
Demonstrates strong knowledge and application of testing strategies methodologies and has been responsible for executing unit integration and user acceptance testing
Proven ability to translate business requirements processes and designs into well documented system designs and preparation business process global template.
Working experience with Serial number and batch management.
Working experience of crossdocking wave/2step picking etc.
Must have good understanding on SAP Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business processes
Experience in any ticket management tool and support relevant work environments.
Strong understanding of integration with other modules like FI/CO SD PP QM
Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC with little technical knowledge
Hand on experience in Tools like Service now Solution Manager Jira etc.
