Are you a passionate Maths or Science teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real difference Were searching for dynamic educators who are ready to empower students spark curiosity and build a foundation for lifelong learning.
Position details:
- Start Date: Dive into your teaching adventure right away upon completing the recruitment process.
- Teaching Hours: Peak hours from Monday to Friday between 6AM and 9AM EDT Saturdays and Sundays more hours available.
- Students: Engage with bright young minds aged 412 years old from China creating dynamic oneonone learning experiences or small group classes.
- Class Duration: Deliver impactful lessons in 30minute 45minute and 60minute sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Remuneration: Receive a competitive base rate of $24 USD per hour.
- Contract Type: Join us as an Independent Service Provider enjoying the freedom and flexibility of remote work.
- Location: Embrace the convenience of working from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Maths and/or Science.
- Provide feedback and support to help students achieve their academic goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Stay updated on the latest educational trends and methodologies (Knowledge of CAPS/GCSE/SAT advantageous).
Requirements
- Must be from the USA Canada or the UK.
- A degree in Mathematics Science or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Maths and/or Science online (35 years).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for education and student success.
Technical Requirements:
- PC specifications: Intel Core i5 CPU @2.0GHz (4 CPUs) or greater 8GB RAM or greater
- Backup power: Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with a battery life of 45 hours (2000VA)
- Internet connection: Stable fiber connection minimum 20 Mbps upload and download speeds
- Accessories: Noisecancelling headsets HD web camera and a tidy welllit and quiet teaching environment
